Sources told EW.com that Summit Entertainment will soon be hiring Chris Weitz (Golden Compass, About a Boy) to direct Stephenie Meyer's best-selling Twilight series New Moon. I took the initiative to check Summit's website to see if they made an official announcement yet, but so far everything seems to be from the "source" who apparently knew this information.
